Thanks to those who prayed for our guys as they went out on a five day trip into some uncharted territory. The attached video hopefully should feed one’s curiosity. As a team we are praying and waiting to our next move. It is such a pivotal time. Mixed emotions and hopes are here, but we are just going to trust He knows the outcome.

Mothers Day.

There was absolutely no way we could forget this holiday here in country. Turns out this day is celebrated with all night, and I mean ALL night parties, the night before and after.

Mom. Judy. You guys are the absolute best. Chris and I would not be here without you. I am going to be calling you right about now…

What I’m Talking About

It has been said “a picture is worth a thousand words”. If only that was always true. 

I wish I could tell you all about my friend Esta and how she held my hand (literally) through the swamp. I wish I could tell you about the man that is a school teacher as well as assisting missionaries in translating God’s talk into his heart language(for the first time in history). I wish I could tell you about the widowed Nayen who is an absolute Jesus Rockstar leading by example. I wish I could tell you about the quiet sweet friendship we had with Sinow kids who dared to look past our frightening white skin. 

Just know. If you are a child of the Creator God, you will meet some of these people someday. Awesome right?! Pray for them. They need us as we need them.
